If you’re getting a mortgage, we’ll map out potential loan sizes and monthly payments so you know exactly what’s comfortable. You’ll also get a clear overview of the process and what to expect from me and my team at every step.

Next, it’s about clarity and confidence. You’ll make two key decisions:
Is this the right time to make your move?
Am I the right Realtor to guide you through it?
If the answer is yes, we’ll make it official with a simple agreement that outlines how we’ll work together, no surprises, just partnership and purpose.
Step 3: Advise
Now that we’re aligned, it’s time to prepare and plan.
You’ll get a complete step-by-step guide to get your home ready for sale, plus expert guidance from our mortgage partner to help you confirm what you can comfortably afford. Once you’re pre-approved, we’ll fine-tune your buying and selling timeline so every move feels intentional and stress-free.

Step 4: Execution
This is where the strategy comes to life.
We’ll coordinate everything—from contractors and cleaners to staging and photography—to make your home look its absolute best. I’ll lead the marketing, negotiations, and sales process, working to secure the strongest possible price and terms for you.
As the deal moves toward closing, my team handles the details —title transfers, inspections, and your move checklist—organizing them for a seamless transition.
